November 2005 – You made us what we are today!
At our annual in-service meeting, we were given some
amazing facts! Did you know that there are more public libraries than McDonald’s? Are
you aware that more kids participate in summer reading programs than play

Avoid late fees!
Call and leave us a message to renew your books, or just to find out what hours we’re open!
Remember, you can return ANY materials you’ve checked out from the
library in our drop box located in front of the library, and you can renew or
order materials on-line at www.blackwaterlib.org Come in and browse the shelves for books,
DVDs, CDs, videos, and magazines, or use our high-speed internet. You can read
local newspapers, check out entertainment for the kids, or ask the librarians
what’s good to read this week! Audiobooks make commuting, or mindless tasks, much more
bearable! Kids love them, too!
